Peter F. Hunt is President and CEO of Hunt Real Estate Corporation.
Under his leadership, Hunt Real Estate Corporations residential
sales volume has risen to $1.3 Billion. Since 1984, Mr. Hunt
has founded Devere Capital Corporation, a mortgage banking firm,
Hunt-Vanner Agency, a general insurance agency, Realty Express,
a discount real estate brokerage, and The Realty Club, a membership
organization supplying homeownership services. In 1992, Mr.
Hunt acquired a title agency and formed Network Title Agency
of New York. In March 2001, Hunt Real Estate expanded into Rochester,
New York through the acquisition of Judy Columbus Real Estate
and Relocation and has since acquired seven additional offices.
In 2002, Mr. Hunt and his brother, Stephen Hunt, merged Hunt
Commercial Real Estate Corporation back into Hunt Real Estate
Corporation. Hunt Real Estate joined the ERA system in March,
2002, now operating as Hunt Real Estate ERA in Buffalo, Niagara
and Columbus ERA in Rochester and r-house ERA in Rochester and
Syracuse, with a total of 25 residential and two commercial
sales offices.
In 1996, Mr. Hunt received on behalf of Hunt Real Estate Corporation,
the Family Business of the Year award from the Canisius
College Center for Entrepreneurship. Cendant Mobility, the nations
leading relocation management firm, awarded Mr. Hunt with the
Cendant Mobility Cup in 1998 and the Cendant Mobility
Masters Cup in 2001 and again in 2003, which are
generally considered the highest honors in the relocation real
estate industry. Mr. Hunt was recently named Buffalo Niagara
Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year in 2002,
and the Muscular Dystrophy Associations Executive
of the Year Award in 2002.
Mr. Hunt is active in the local community, having served as
the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Daemen College from
1993-2003. He is Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the YMCA
of Greater Buffalo, having also served as the Ys chairman
of its Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board of Directors
of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and served on its Executive
Committee from 1997-2003. Mr. Hunt is also a member of the Young
Presidents Organization, past chair of the Alexis de Tocqueville
Society of the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County and will
co-chair the 2004 Campaign with his wife, Mary Jo. He is a founding
member and a director of the Buffalo Renaissance Foundation
and a founding member of 43X79. Mr. Hunt also served as a member
of the Business Backs the Bills committee. Mr. Hunt is currently
a Trustee of St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY. Mr. Hunt also
has been active in youth hockey as a coach.
A Western New York native, Peter F. Hunt graduated from Amherst
High School and St. Lawrence University (Canton, New York, BA-Government),
and is currently a candidate for a Master of Science degree
in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen College.

Lou Izzo is a 15-year veteran in the fields of real estate,
management, leadership and human resources. Lou is the President-Residential
Brokerage for Hunt Real Estate Corporation with 23 offices and
800 plus agents in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Niagara
Falls, New York. Lou has authored many of Hunts nationally
recognized programs in the areas of recruitment, training, leadership,
management and systems.
Having taught thousands on over 50 different topics, Lou specializes
in the area of management development. His specific areas of
expertise include sales training for real estate agents, leadership
training for todays real estate managers, profitability
in management and recruitment and retention training for todays
real estate branch leaders.
Lous unique background, which includes having hired over
1,500 real estate agents, along with managing Hunts 23
offices and training literally thousands of sales professionals,
makes for an exceptional combination.
In addition to his responsibilities as President-Residential
Brokerage of 23 branch offices throughout Western and Central
New York, Lou is on many local community boardsCenter
for Palliative Care (Hospice) and Taste of Buffalo.

John E. Rummel is General Manager of Hunt Real Estate Corporation's
Rochester Region including the Columbus ERA offices. John started with Hunt in 1989 as a salesperson
and quickly established himself as an "up and comer"
by earning the company's Rookie of the Year award in 1990.
John was appointed to his first leadership position in 1994.
During his 10-year tenure in branch leadership, he led the growth
and development of five different Hunt offices. John's offices
won many awards along the way including the Most Improved and
Office of the year four separate times.
John has also led the implementation of Hunt's nationally recognized
Leadership Development Program as well as being the companies
record breaking United Way Chairperson from 1997 to 2005.
Being appointed the Rochester Regions General Manager in September
of 2004 was a natural progression of John's career. With six
offices throughout the area, John's leadership and enthusiasm
is modeling the way for continued growth and prosperity.

Timothy Cassavaw began his real estate career in 1987 and received
his Associate Broker license in 1990. Tim was hand picked by
Hunt Real Estate Corporation to lead its venture into the Greater
Syracuse market. Tim's ability to relate to people on all levels,
in partnership with an extensive knowledge of the real estate
business, made him the perfect choice to become General Manager
of the Greater Syracuse region for Hunt Real Estate ERA.
A graduate of the Realtor Institute, Tim has served on several
boards including the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors,
Local Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and
State Chapter of CRS. Tim was also named New York State Certified
Residential Specialist of the Year.

The Syracuse market is one of the fastest growing with more
jobs created than any other city in Upstate New York. The area

the crossroads of New York State, where RT 81 and RT 90 intersect.
